CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Sheila Jackson Lee Secretly Handing Off Envelope to Christine Ford’s Lawyer? [VID]

Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, who represents the Houston area of Texas, has lit the internet on fire over her actions caught on camera today.

During a break in testimony by Christine Blasey Ford before the Senate Judiciary Committee this morning, Lee was seen on camera shaking hands and speaking with Michael Bromwich, Ford’s attorney.

The incident set off a hashtag trend – #WhatsInTheEnvelope – to question what is going on.

While one would assume that there is no illegality involved, it should be noted that Sheila Jackson Lee is the same woman who thinks that the Constitution is 400 years old. In a CNN interview, she confused Super Storm Sandy, which hit the New Jersey area, with the Sandy Hook tragedy. She also thinks astronauts walked on Mars and planted a flag. She has made some serious mental gaffes. And so, the questions.
